ALAVITO is an online marketplace platform that allows users to post, browse, and respond to classified advertisements. We provide AI-powered tools to help create listing descriptions and suggest prices.
3. User Accounts
You may create an account using email/password or Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Listing Content
Users are solely responsible for the content of their listings. You agree not to post:
- Illegal goods or services
- Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive content
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Harmful, threatening, or discriminatory content
5. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated descriptions and price suggestions are provided as assistance only. Users are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before publishing.
6. Fees and Payments
Basic listing posting is free. Premium features (boost, highlight) may require payment via Stripe. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
ALAVITO is a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, the truth or accuracy of listings, or the ability of sellers to sell items or buyers to pay for items.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
